From the moment we arrived, Abdul went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. He explained everything in great detail, helped us navigate local markets, arranged our Nile cruise, museum visits, pyramid tours, and also made sure we had the chance to visit the Church of Abu Serga, the Jewish Synagogue, and the English Church. Abdul's knowledge was exceptional, and his friendliness made us feel right at home. He is an invaluable asset to your hotel, and I will definitely recommend him to my friends. As for the hotel itself, we booked pyramid-view rooms, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hospitality was exceptional, with the hotel manager coordinating our entire stay, making everything seamless. The staff was outstanding, and Rahim, along with his restaurant team, provided excellent service, making every meal delightful. The rooftop was a perfect spot to relax and take in the amazing views. Overall, our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.
