"Pros: This place is an absolute gem. The house is situated on a quiet street right by the picturesque Väike Viik. The interior is full of beautiful nordic design and quality shines through in every little detail - the artwork on the walls, the quality coffee machine and the basket of towelettes in the bathroom. Not to mention the sauna and fireplace - perfect for a romantic getaway. The host was very friendly and responsive. From an early check-in to a late checkout and travelling with a dog - we felt welcomed at every step. Will absolutely stay at the property again when we find ourselves in Haapsalu next time." ~Uku

"Pros: During my stay everything was perfect - good spa with long working hours, very delicious breakfast, nice location Cons: Unfortunately all my positive impression was ruined during check out. I went to reception and asked if it would be possible to leave the room earlier (at 11 AM) and spend 2 hrs in Spa because my bus was schedule for 14. The receptionist was very rude and said after check out i am not hotel guest anymore and must pay 30 eur for using spa. It was very unpleasant conversation especially taking into account i already spent 500+eur during my stay. The receptionist said it was my problem and she did not care. On my opinion, the hotel could offer spa visits at least for discounted prices and not to be so rude and greedy. I was really disappointing at the end and that was an example how to ruin positive client experience in 5 min" ~Nadezda
