"Pros: The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and organization. The lobby and restaurant areas were contemporary and inviting. It is roughly a 15-minute walk to the border crossing and the town square of Narva from the hotel. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and a willingness to assist. Their responsiveness to customer needs was commendable, with everything being well-prepared and timely.
