"Pros: It's a very large apartment on 3 floors (prepare to climb up/down the stairs :) and very central (although up to a hill). Nice view over a park and very quite area. Very large living room with nice long kitchen table. Large rooms. Cons: It is very good for up to 4 people (2 couples) as for larger groups you don't have enough privacy (two bedrooms are next to each other without door and you need to pass across one to reach the second). For this class of price I would expect more items and amenities (more cutlery, wine glasses, soap, more towels, etc)." ~Stefano
