"Cons: Apartment was really cold, the airconditioner had to work all night to keep it warm enough, but then it was really noisy at the night. During Saturday there was some kind of renovation going on in the building, so it was utterly noisy during the daytime too. There was no notification that there will be some kind of renovation going on and therefore I wasnt able to use the place on Saturday daytime." ~Fredy
