"Pros: The location was amazing, The house was well equipped and comfortable. Cons: The heating was blowing out cold air when we arrived, with temperature below minus 20. The handyman who arrived the next day tried numerous times to find out what was the problem. The house didnt really warm up for 5 days. The heating system and dishwasher didnt have instruction in English. The spa bath surround was not fixed on and the bath leaked from underneath." ~Jane

"Pros: The house had everything we could ask for: a big sauna, enough space and restrooms for 10 people, a well equipped kitchen, great location and so on. But what we appreciated the most was the owners willingness to help. Whenever we had a question or needed help with something in the house, James helped us out within minutes." ~Ila
