"Pros: Perfect location Good communication Nearly everything you need Clean Quiet Sauna, heating, fire and heated floors Cons: I think it’s a bit steep having to pay/order towels. I think this should be included for free at least just 2 towels! Coming from Australia we didn’t have room to pack towels, trip was very expensive and was annoying having to pay just to dry ourselves after a shower. Not sure if that’s normal here but every other place we stayed had towels." ~Lydia

"Pros: The flat was great and the location was perfect. Cons: My only complaint is the sauna. It is really small and the stove nearly touched our feet many times. For three adults it was okay but I'd be scared to have my kids in that sauna." ~Tepponen

"Pros: Great location, walkable to the centre of levi/supermarket/ski slopes/lake. Parking spot in a small car park and good communication from the keyholder. Make sure you press both sides of the keybox to open. Accommodation was nice, good use of space. Electric sauna quick to heat up and washing machine/dryer really helpful. Well stocked kitchen (super sharp knives) and sledges in the outdoor cupboard. Cons: Fireplace wasn't usable. Even following instructions and being regular firemakers we couldn't get one going without smoking out the house and setting fire alarms off. House is great but shouldn't be marketed as with a fireplace. Stairs are steep but we had no issues with our kids aged 4 and 7 without socks and with a safety briefing." ~Jennie
