"Pros: First of all, the location of the property is incredibly beautiful. Located in the middle of nature directly on a lake. The perfect place to recharge your batteries. The house is small and super cozy. It is equipped with everything you need and nothing is left to be desired. The sauna is also a big plus. We used them every day. There are sledges at the house with which you can toboggan right down the entrance to the house to the lake. The house is very clean and it also has a wood stove that you can use. It's incredibly cozy and we loved our days there. Katja's reindeer farm is 2 km from the house. Also worth a visit! We landed in Rovaniemi and had a rental car from there. The accommodation cannot be reached without a car." ~Sarah

"Pros: Absolutely magical place, just in front of a lake (frozen in winter). We loved everything about it. The whole area felt like it was only for you. The villa itself has all the amenities and is extremely cozy and cute. Our highlight was seeing the Aurora Borealis from the jackuzi. Also Katja was super nice, helpful and responsive about everything. We are hoping to come back there." ~Anja
