250 km north of Rovaniemi, near the Raattama village in Ylikyrö, Pallas National Park in the immediate vicinity.
Log cottage (laminated) 2012, kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a loft with 4 beds, sauna (electric stove), bathroom (2 showers), dressing room / utility room, 2 bathrooms, a large open porch.
On the ground floor garage and ski maintenance room (bench), as well as room for other things. The raised terrace is used as a carport.
Internet access, wireless 20 Mb/s, 3 TVs, blu-ray player, Playstation 4, Chromecast and a gas grill. There is second fridge / freezer on the ground floor. Underfloor heating in all rooms.
In the yard there is a playground for children and "summer kitchen" with grill and electric fish smoker.
Cottage in Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park landscape. Cross-country skiing, hiking trails and other facilities near the area: the path Hetta-Pallas hiking route and the park's viewpoints 300 m, Tunturihotelli Vuontispirtti 2.8 km (open in high season), reindeer farm 4,5 km, where you can rent canoes and have a possibility for dining.
Guests are provided with 2 boats: At lake Vuontisjärvi (3 km away) a safe (4,9 m) 4-person rowing boat. Boats are in shared use with the cottage 11688. At lake Vuontisjärvi there is also a lean to and good fishing possibilities. There is another boat at lake Pallasjärvi (distance 17 km). Boat is safe 5-person rowing boat and has 6hp outboard engine (customer buys fuel by himself). At lake Pallasjärvi there is a barbecue tepee, a swimming beach and good fishing and boating opportunities. Boats are well suited for trolling and for whole family boating. There is a good selection of life jackets size range of 5 - 90 + kg, as well as different sizes of dog vests. Boats can be used on alternate days (they are in shared use with cottage 11688, there is info in the cottage about this).
Depending on the weather conditions in can be a good ice fishing weather into the beginning of May. In the autumn fishing season is at its best on depending on the weather around the end of October.
Guests have access to the manual ice drill, jigs, seatpack, ice picks, snow shoes, childrens´sledges and kick sledges.
Raattama village 6 km, where eg. shop, restaurant, and riding stables. Pallas ski slopes 31 km, Nature center 31 km. Olostunturi 45 km, Levi 60 km.
The nearest neighbor is a cottage in 6411.
The villa is children frendly equipped; a cot (also linen for cot available at a separate price), high chair, children's bath, potty, children's crockery + cutlery, stool, etc. Children's playground in the yard (swing, climbing frame, sandbox and bench).
Final cleaning booking is recommended. If you want to clean yourself, please read instructions from booking conditions.
Note! Pets are allowed, there is a pet fee 40 € / pet / reservation. If you have a pet with you, please add additional service "pet fee" to your booking. Please notice that pet fee is per pet.
