"Pros: The location was fantastic, the apartment was easily accessible and very modern and clean. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on and the apartment was warm and cosy so perfect after a day our adventuring in the snow. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. "Pros: The flat itself was nicely decorated, quiet and clean. It was located near the centre and in the vicinity of a bus stop/supermarkets. The beds were comfortable and the facilities modern including a good size sauna, nice sitting area and an open shower. Cons: Unfortunately the agency that is in charge of the property seems to be focused purely on profit, not the experience of their customers and was not accommodating at all. They did not leave the key at the property for us and we had to walk for 15mins to the town centre upon late arrival from the airport, in cold weather with our luggages. They then required us to drop the key off at that same inconvenient location on the day of our departure. They would not let us check out a bit later than 11am free of charge and asked for a €10 for every additional hour which we declined. We were also told to take out the rubbish and strip the bed even though they have a cleaner who is employed to clean the property (and despite different instructions inside the property). All the above really affected our experience at this overall nice apartment and we would not choose to stay there again knowing that the rental company does not really care about their customers, and seems to only care about their own comfort." ~Maggie

"Pros: The apartment was aesthetically designed. Very neat and tidy and close to the city centre. Big wardrobes and a well equipped kitchen. The sauna was also great to have. Cons: Basic cooking ingredients like salt and pepper were missing." ~Pinak
