Santa Claus Holiday Village is located at the heart of Santa Claus Village in the Arctic Circle, 8 km north of Rovaniemi. Santa Claus Holiday Village offers three different types of accommodation. All of the heated cottages and suites at the Holiday Village have private saunas and kitchenettes. The cottages also have a terrace. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and LCD TVs. Staff can help arrange northern lights hunting, reindeer,- and husky safaris. Guests can also enjoy the skiing and hiking trails nearby. Lappish and international food is served at Three Elves Restaurant and Christmas House Restaurant & Coffee. Free Internet access is available in public areas. A shop selling souvenirs and traditional Lapland goods and food is also found on site. Rovaniemi Airport is located 5 minutes from the village. Guests can also visit Santa Claus a 2-minute walk away.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Santa Claus Holiday Village in advance. Only final cleaning is included. Daily cleaning is possible at additional cost. Pets are welcome to stay with us. Please inform us about your pets in advance. The pet fee is 25 euros per stay. When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that road construction work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
