"Pros: Jutta was an exceptionally helpful and responsive host during our stay at Villa Primus. The location was exactly how it was described, with Ruka ski resort just being a 2 minute drive away from the villa. The villa was clean, fireplace and sauna was easy to use, and the villa's interior was lovely. When we faced a technical difficulty with our rental car on the day of our departure, Jutta assisted us remotely. He helped us contact Kuusamo Airport and Hertz to facilitate us with our issue and even ordered a taxi for us so that we could make it in time for our flight!" ~Luretta
