"Pros: Second time staying in ruka ski chalets, they’re spacious, modern, clean, great location, ample storage, well equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, drying cupboard, very secure, inside ski lockers (unfortunately no sauna in this property). Good communication prior to stay, easy to collect the key from key safe. There were 4 of us in the apartment so we used the sofa bed, it was comfortable but we did have to rearrange furniture to pull the bed out. Cons: We were only given one key for the apartment - as an adult travelling with teenagers, one key is not enough. The key holder didn’t reply to my emails or messages regarding an extra key / late check out / luggage storage after check out. (We found luggage storage at tourist information.) Previous ski chalet with a different booking agent had 4 keys which was great, and check out was also 2 hours later with the other booking agent. Could do with more pillows and a drying rack for the washing." ~Clare
