"Pros: This was the best equipped place we have ever stayed. You can find spices, cocoa, coffee, cleaning equipment, games, basically everything you might need during your stay. It is close to the lake, you can easily go swimming or for a nice walk. Cons: Heating was switched on even in August. You can save some energy, if you set it to 20 instead of 22 degrees. It felt much warmer then the default 22 degrees." ~Maja

"Pros: Warm comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Sauna, bathroom and toilet very nice. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hanging space for ski gear. Sledges in the ski store are a really nice touch. Super fast 5G data also. Walk into Ruka about 20mins up hill, a good pre-ski warm up but we enjoyed the views across the frozen lake. Owners very friendly and approachable and answered our questions quickly and politely. Cons: No washing machine not ideal for a ski/family property, if this was added it would be a 10/10 from us." ~Tom

"Pros: The cottage was very spacious, enough to accommodate 6 people. The kitchen had all the needed utilities. The fireplace in the living-room is very easy to use and creates an amazing atmosphere. The sauna is also very easy to use. Location is really nice, on the bank of the lake and easily accessible. The village is 10-15' walk away in winter, as you can walk across the frozen lake, and the surroundings are really nice for longer walks. WiFi was working really well, even if there were more than 10 devices permanently connected, and Cons: The property doesn't provide bed linens and towels. You can rent them from the property, or you can bring them from home. When you travel with the entire family, bringing linen and towels is close to impossible." ~Smaranda
