23 km north from Kuusamo, distance to lake Kesäjärvi ca. 500 m. Half of the semi-detached cottage. Living room and kitchen, bedroom 1: one bed (120x200 cm), bedroom 2: double bed, loft with four beds. Sauna and bathroom, glazed terrace. Carport, rowing boat shared use with cottage (12771). Nicely decorated cottage in a peaceful area in the west side of Ruka within walking distance of services, ca. 1 km e.g. to a grocery store and programme services. Ski trails and ski bus stop are close. There are two flat-screen TVs and karaoke equipment in the cottage and in the yard there is a campfire site. Hot tub on covered/glazed terrace (140 e/day, bookings in advance from the owner)
Cottage is at the clients use from 16.00 (4 pm) on the day of arrival to 12.00 (12 noon) on the day of departure, also in weekend reservations.
