30 km southeast of Puumala, 50 km northwest of Imatra, lake Saimaa/Käkövesi 25 m, hard rock bottom, own boat. In the shore there is a large pier and a campfire place.
Log villa 2010, living room-kitchen, bedroom with double bed and TV, utility room, toilet, dressing room, washroom (shower), sauna (electric stove) and large covered terrace. Upstairs bedroom with 2 beds, lounge where tv and two sofa beds (where max 4 extra bed places), balcony.
Lakeside sauna 2015 (25 m²) wood-burning stove, washroom (no shower), fireplace room with sofa bed (2 alternative sleeping places). Spacious covered porch. Note! Lakeside sauna cannot be used during wintertime.
ATTN. Water in the tap contains minerals and it's not recommeded to use it as drinking water. Customers can get drinking water for example in Utulan kauppa (small grocery store), about 10 km from the villa. VillaHanka is a nice log villa on the shore of Lake Saimaa. Quiet location and good berry picking areas nearby (during that season). Within 300 m rowing boat trip, there is a fine sandy beach for public use.
Käyhkä canal 10 km, Huuhanranta (over 1 km long sandy beach) 15 km, Puumala 33 km, Free ski 36 km, Imatra 50 km, Svetogorsk 55 km, Lappeenranta 82 km.
Final cleaning service included in the destination rent does not cover dish-washing, returning table and cookware to their original place or garbage removal. Clients must also remove empty bottles and cans from the property and return any moved furniture to their original place. Any food must be taken away or to the waste disposal point.
