"Pros: The hosts are very well organized and provided us with a detailed and accurate description of how to access the property. This is very handy if you are arriving late - so you don't need to coordinate meeting someone to pick up the keys. Our lovely host Fiona was incredibly attentive to our needs (completely exceeding expectations). The location was superb. It was very quiet and enjoyable to stay there. My wife said this bedroom gave her the best sleep she had during our travel through France.
The kitchen is very well equipped and has a lot of basics (spices, oil, etc.) and many cooking utensils, and many storage containers (for storing leftovers - if you are cooking meals here). It was surprisingly quiet at night which made sleeping there very nice and refreshing. Our bed was very comfortable and the black out blinds also helped to induce a solid sleep. The showers are well equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
This was my fifth time staying in Paris and it was my favourite place to stay. The back yard is a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring the sights of Paris. I would definitely stay here again."

"Pros: Property itself was a good layout however it was dirty and things broken. We did not stay
Cons: Property was dirty from the toilet, sink, used toothpaste tubes in the draws as well as soap in the tray. Cleaning materials in the shower left, towels and bed linen hanging in the bathroom and in cupboards to dry, the roller shutters were broken so could not open to let light into the room. The owner did not see anything wrong with this. Other examples of a poorly presented property. I recommend no one book this place."
