"Pros: The property was in a good location
Cons: The property was dirty and we found items from the last person staying there. Sofa was covered in burn marks and cushions and duvet had chewing gum stuck to them. Afternoon of first day the water was switched off and the property own did not respond. Had to wash hands and flush toilet with bottled water. Due to a local festival there was nowhere else to stay, so we had no choice but to stay.
When we complained and provided photographs we were offered 25% refund BUT that would only be provided after we left them a positive review.
Complained to booking.com but they don’t seem bothered that the property owner blackmailed us"

"Pros: i liked the cost of the room. I didn't have breakfast there. I liked that we could have a croissant and coffee. The staff, overall, was friendly.
Cons: I really think that the hallways need to be vacuumed and maybe the room at least once during my stay. Do we get 1 big towel or 2? I think I had 1 big towel the first night and then was given more (I had not asked). I had water the first night by my table, but it was never filled again. Not sure if that was part of the service. The stay was great overall. Thank you!"

"Pros: the staff were all lovely and the room was good for what you paid especially in paris- it was a bit small but again we were only there during the night so it wasn’t a big deal- it was all clean and we had no issues
Cons: the shower was a bit small but everything worked fine so no complaints!!"
