"Pros: Amazing location, excellent structure, there was a crib available, cleaning was just perfect! I do really recommend the property! Agency carefully received us with a warm welcome, candy and coffe, also all product for the apartment available! Cons: There is a big mirror that’s strange! Door that suppose to open inside the apartment but inside has a closet, but it’s just our feelings, we didn’t have issue! Looks like they reused a the building to built the apartments!" ~Henrique

"Pros: The place is wonderful - juct in the city, few steps away from Metro and close to Eifel tower and Champs-Elysees . Cons: It's hard to say, we just was non-familiar with Swikly system, and wasn't sure how it will work out. But at the end everything was fine." ~Armen

"Pros: - location is great - spacious/ renovated - very nice view Cons: - sleepless nights due to a very loud banging from inside the apartment (walls/ pipes/ceilings). Terrible experience, the kids were scared all the time.. - bedsheets were stained with blood in one of the bedrooms. - water pressure was quasi inexistent in the en-suite bathroom. - Main electric switchboard inside the master bedroom made a loud electric noise when the hallway spot lights were turned on(this happened only one time, but didn’t feel safe). - overall cleanliness below average (smell/ en-suite toilet was dirty upon arrival/ washing machine unusable due to basin full of foul water) - there was No hairdryer upon arrival. the staff were however kind enough to provide one the next day. I am however finding out that this has cost me €102 without any prior consent! - I left multiple messages to enquirer about the extra €102 that they charged me for the hairdryer, but the staff is unresponsive and ignoring my messages. - The elevator door is jammed/ broken, so one is often locked in for some time before it moves. - No Safety box in the apartment to keep your valuables." ~Faysal
