"Pros: The location is just perfectly situated in the middle between the train station and the beach. Walking distance everywhere you need. The hosts are really nice and attentive. Cons: The windows overlook the backyard ( which is a plus itself) but with great acoustics ;). This is also the back of the restaurant downstairs and the garbage collectors operating area, so be prepared for the morning noises of rolling wheels. No problem if you are a heavy sleeper.
