"Pros: My wife and I stayed and we had a wonderful experience. Very easy check in very easy check out the owner calls you before you get there to tell you everything you need to know and check to make sure that you will have everything you need. He also will call and check while you’re there just to make sure you have everting you need. Very very good owner at this place probably the best in batumi. The location is right across the street from the beach, shops, restaurants everything is within walking distance, which was great. Also if we wanted to have food delivered we never had a problem with the delivery person. Find out where we were staying this is right in the center of everything, there was television the shower was nice. It was an updated modern apartment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. This place has all the comforts of home without any of the hassle. We will stay here again. Cons: Great place" ~Jayson
