Only the owners (first floor) and you (second floor) live on the property. On the third floor there is an observation deck (in summer - sun loungers and a hammock). - A big kind dog and two cute cats. You can pet and feed them (if you want to feed them, consult with the owners). - The owners also offer breakfast, lunch or pizza (paid separately). Delicious home-cooked food - the quality is not inferior to the best cafes in Batumi (or even superior to them). Cons: The owners are doing great. All is wonderful." ~Viktor
