You’ll get a wonderful spacious room with a private bathroom, a separate living room and kitchen! The veranda and garden are very very beautiful and comfy! Don’t forget the central spot. And lay but not least the owners! Giorgi is a dream of a host! Sooo friendly and looking for everything so we could feel home! Cons: Nothing! Really it is hard to believe but it was just perfect! "Pros: Super friendly hosts. Kids speak great english and help their parents to communicate. Room was sparkling clean. Beatiful garden and real true full panaroma. View is really stunning. Kitchen is fully equiped with brand new items! Wqsching machine in the kitchen! Don't get confused if it doesnt look like a guesthouse from downstairs. Place is really new and extremly pleaseant! One of our best stays in Georgia. Cons: A bit hard to find. I recommend that owners add to the sign "hotel", also the name of the place. Dont be afraid of the dog, he is nice!" ~Marcin89k_zpl
