"Pros: Perfectly located between Borjomi and Bakuriani. There is a little shop ~5 mins drive away. The hosts are responsive and friendly. The room is definitely too small for 4 adults+child even though it can sleep 5 people. I guess it would be perfect for people who only sleep there. It was warm and cozy. My nephew enjoyed playing in the snow and building castles. Cons: It felt like this is a new business for the host. Quite a few things were not as smooth as I would have loved. The hosts demand a prepayment via bank transfer from a georgian card - outside of booking.com platform. It all turned out okay in the end, but didnt feel safe. When we arrived on 1 January, there were no towels in the cabin. Beka (the host) gave us one face towel for 5 people. The towels arrived only next day around 4pm. One roll of toilet paper for 5 people x 2 nights was not enough (we bought it ourselves). The electricity is unstable in the cabin - when you switch on the electric kettle, the light in the room starts blinking. WiFi barely worked. TV does not work but you apparently can connect a hard drive to it. Parking on the premises was limited in winter resulting in the host's car blocking the gate (so we couldnt get out without asking him to move is car)." ~Victoria

"Pros: The place is very nice and the house is comfortable. We liked it there. It’s located in a small village above the City - good for guests who are looking for quiet. But not too far from Borjomi and all the attractions. Very comfortable beds :) Cons: The room wasn’t ready when we arrived in the evening, the key didn’t work and the shower was problematic." ~Naomi
