"Pros: Hotel Lumi’s owners, Michael & Nino and their family, were very accommodating, friendly and immediately responded to our inquiries & requests! They made sure of our comfort & helped with anything we needed: carrying our luggages up & down the stairs, to/from our room, & helping with our transport to the bus station & next destination. Hotel Lumi is fairly new, as such, everything is super clean, very spacious, beautiful huge closet, a table & 2 chairs, 2 of the most comfortable beds ever & cleanest and warmest bed linens!!!! It even has towel warmer in the bathroom & an A/C-Heating unit besides the heater by the window!!! Nino cooked us 2 fabulous breakfast, extra charge. There’s even a restaurant in front of the hotel, shopping mall & grocery stores within 10-minute walk. Hotel Lumi is the best private accommodation we’ve ever had in Georgia - fr Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, & Mestia so far! Cons: It was too far from the city center, a 15-20 minute walk depending on how fast you walk." ~Lorna
