Washer and dryer were amazing on a trip with three kids. Stroller, cot and baby chair - amazing. Smooth check in and check out. Cons: Please, keep some black tea, sugar and salt in the apartment. We arrived on a day off and i could barely survive until the morning without tea :))" ~Oksana

"Pros: Location was very good, being right next to a Metro station. The apartment was overall quite comfortable, with all necessary amenities for a short stay. Host always responded to questions in a prompt and polite manner. Cons: The shower drain was a bit clogged, so water tended to back up; I think that drain should be serviced. The extra bed we were provided with was not very comfortable, unfortunately. Also, I would have appreciated if the host had shown more flexibility with the check-in time. Me and my fellow guests made it earlier than expected to the property, but we had to loiter around with our luggage until check-in time. Granted, the host was always very clear about the fact that early check-ins were not allowed, but more flexibility would have helped a lot." ~Benjamin
