"Pros: The location was very good, close to a metro and tram station. The apartment exceeded my expectations, it was very cozy, warm and clean. The owners were kind and helpful, they took great care of our needs and helped us in the best way they could! Cons: There were not towels in the kitchen nor in the bathroom, so we had to use our own smaller towels for drying our hands and the dishes we washed. "Pros: This review is on the "Marlene" appartment. - Welcome: Started off perfect when a friendly host awaited us at the apartment at the agreed time. He had great good tips on the neighbourhood and city. - Location: one of the best locations to explore Berlin as it easily connects with several neighborhoods by tram or metro and at the same time you have lots of options for food and culture within walking distance. - Apartment: Cosy apartment, the bed was comfortable and the courtyard made it very quiet with no noise from the vibrant streets around. Great bonus to have a kitchen which even had several options for making coffee. - Extra service: Unfortunately I neglected to pack all my belongings but the host was extremely helpful and shipped this to my apartment.
