"Pros: Everything was perfect , room was big , clean ,and comfortable. Facililties outside the room , billiard gym and Sauna were for free no additional charge , had free coffee as a welcoming Gift . From Mr Hani , all the staff was great. Definitley reccommend this Hotel. Even when i wanted to have lunch i got recommended by many restaurants nearby. Overall felt in home. . "Pros: location was excellent for the Christmas market at the Wilhelm church. also the zoo is walking distance. the pool is nice, small but nice and the sauna was good. The shower in the room was amazing, best shower I've ever had. Cons: the steam room wasn't open during our stay and when we where going to the pool we didn't have robes or slippers in our room. we where told at reception that we might get them the night we requested them but couldn't guarantee it, we went without and just wore shorts etc and when we came back to the room the robes had been delivered, bit late." ~Kenny
