They have games in the sitting area. There is always staff on hand. We were upgraded to a room with a bathroom, which was perfect for us. The rooms are simple but it's a boat!. Perhaps for those who travel once a year and it would be nice to see a receptionist, but for those who travel often - thank you, no need.
