"Pros: It was handy from the airport on the way into Berlin, situated near station with atm machines located close by, one at top of steps to uberbahn and other across the road (although both out of order at time of our visit lol). Lovely local independent coffee shop next door, ideal for breakfast! Cons: The only downside was I was unable to make a cash back transaction to get cash, not really a dislike as such but with both the nearby cash points out of order made things a bit challenging. I have never had to make a request before and hopefully never again" ~Sarah

"Pros: Nice small hotel very well placed in proximity to Metro Line that goes to the airport. Room was fine and clean. Unfortunately I could not taste the breakfast as my Flight was early ... I'll try It next time ;)" ~Marco

"Pros: Nothing wrong with the apartment, it has plenty of space and feels very modern and clean. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a bonus - kept the space nice and toasty. Very happy with the location which is near transport and easy to get to from the airport. Cons: All communications received were in German and most of my messages that were sent to them were not responded to. Check-in was the worst I've ever experienced due to the lack of communication and response. There were issues with the getting the keys - apparently both sets were locked inside the apartment by previous guests (from a text message received prior to check-in), but I ended up finding one set in the key box when I arrived, and another was found by a neighbour a few days prior. The instructions to get inside the apartment were not helpful and the door name/label didn't match the apartment name. The property manager we called was no help about the key situation and couldn't clarify which apartment it was - said they'd call back and never did, and then didn't pick up when we tried calling again. I had two German speaking locals helping me for check-in and that shouldn't have been needed if everything was clear!" ~Galina
