"Pros: Clean and big rooms. Owner answer quickly and very polite. It was easy to get keys at suitable time for me. Near the house is park, and it was very comfortable for me to walk with the dog. Quiet and cozy place Cons: Apertments placed at the basement, it is not customary that the windows are at ground level. Only public parking that is full 24/7, not possible to find even one place." ~Oksana

"Pros: Great location in Karlsvorst, supermarket across the street, trams and train station at the end of the street on the main road with lots of shops and cafes. A nice park a short walk down the street and the host was easy to contact. Booking.com made an error with number of people staying so when we arrived there wasn't enough beds made up. We called the host and he was so helpful and promptly arrived with bedding and made up another bed for us. Cons: Being an older building the toilet doesn't flush as easy as modern toilets, so you need to hold the flush button for a longer time." ~Dejah
