The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the accommodation does not have a permanently staffed front desk. To guarantee maximum check-in flexibility for you, your check-in key will be deposited in a locked box with a number code. You must contact the accommodation before your arrival to get your number code for the key. Please contact the accommodation by email at least 14 days before arrival. Please note that smoking is forbidden and subject to a EUR 200 fee. Please note that check-out is until 11:00. Late check-out are subject to a EUR 25 fee. For key loss a EUR 50 fee will apply.
