"Pros: Only issue we faced finding the correct door but customer service was superb in guiding us sending video and call us for complete process.
That building structure was different and we had two entry point in same building which we never seen before but team.helped us. Thanks alot.
Instead of video its better add picture of entry point as we have seen in many airbnbs.
Also we missed Microwave in kitchen."

"Pros: Very spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen and all the necessities provided - Along with extra bedding if needed.
2 small heaters kept the place very warm and an iron was provided upon request.
Location was perfect, with everything near by or a quick train/tram/bus journey away. No keys, only access codes - which is perfect for multiple guests, so we don't have to always travel as a pack.
Shower was great and even with 5 people using it, we had no issues.
Cons: I requested early check in and out when I initially booked the property. I asked a few times to ensure we had it and was told to wait a couple days before check in. When the day arrived I was told it wasn't available. Caused us a lot of issues, as we had 5 large bags and an elderly person with us, landed at 10am and check in wasn't until 4pm.
The host wasn't very helpful, and only offered one backpack storage for 2 hours - which was ridiculous.
Also, other than the bedroom bed, the other beds are very uncomfortable. There was also no Washing machine, and we had 1 towel each for 5 days, which wasn't pleasant."
