"Pros: It’s a beautiful, spacious and clean “Altbau” apartment with lots of atmosphere: high ceilings, wooden floors and classic furnishings. The location is great as well. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area with a supermarket and some cafes nearby, and everything is very easy to reach from here with public transport. Parking along the street is free, although it can be difficult at times to find a parking spot nearby." ~Koen

"Pros: I travelled to Berlin with my young daughter and was visiting an unknown place. The communication regarding entering the property was stress free, the code system was perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully clean, light and airy with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable, we rested well and felt very safe which was my main concern being mother and daughter. The balcony was a lovely perk, sitting outside watching the world go by was great. I was grateful for the ice in the freezer too! Many thanks Cons: Nothing at all. It was perfect!" ~Laura

"Pros: Spacy enough for a big group. We were 4 adults and 4 kids and that was fine. 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. Near the U-Bahn. Supermarket very close to the flat. Very quiet neighborhood, what in Berlin is a big advantage Cons: The flat needs renovation, the walls are dirty, the equipment is already old. Some lamps are not working. Check out at 10.00.
