"Pros: Very quiet block in Zehlendorf, almost in the park. 10 min walk to Krumme Lanke U-bahn terminus, 5 min walk to the main street with lots of buses. Clean, tidy, probably very colourful in spring Cons: Note, this is an evangelic deaconry, and they mean it :) So, your room most probably was previously a kind of a cell for future cleric.
