Home Wilma offers 3 apartments in different locations in central Berlin, a 20-minute walking distance from the TV Tower at Alexanderplatz. The apartments offer free WiFi. In addition, each of the apartments comes equipped with a flat-screen TV, seating area and private bathroom with free toiletries. Each apartment features a playground in the courtyard. A full kitchen with refrigerator is also available at each of the apartments, and some include a balcony. There is a large variety of restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walking distance of the apartments. Museum Island, where several of Berlin’s museums are situated, is 2.5 km away from the apartments. The Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag Parliament Building can be reached in 25 minutes using public transport. U-Bahn Schillingstraße Underground station is less than 1 km from the apartments, and S-Bahn Alexanderplatz less than 1.2 km away, and provides direct connections to Berlin Main Station in 5 minutes. Please note that this apartment is part of a quiet, family-friendly residential complex. Any loud activities, parties or events are not allowed. Please respect the nighttime peace after 8 p.m. We are very sensitive to neighbors' complaints. Guests are kindly requested to inform the apartments of their estimated time of arrival. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note that a refundable safety deposit of EUR 250 is payable upon booking. Please note that this apartment is part of a quiet, family-friendly residential complex. Any activities, parties or events are inapplicable. Home Wilma will charge an extra EUR 25 for guests arriving after 22:00. Guests are kindly requested to inform the apartments of their estimated time of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note there are elevators in every building but you have to walk up 20 stairs to reach the Singer apartment and 15 stairs to reach apartments 6 or 10. Furthermore in apartment 6 the elevator goes to the 9th floor and the apartment is on the 8th floor. So you have to walk down one floor. Managed by a private host
