"Pros: The service staff at the front desk are still very friendly and can communicate smoothly in English. Cons: When I checked in this time, there were blood stains on the quilt and many stains on the pillows. In addition, our family was staying with four people and only two towels and two mouthwash cups were provided, and I had to take those by myself. Moreover, I called the front desk twice using the hotel phone and was hung up. There may be no response to the phone call, which is different from our previous stay.
