"Pros: Everything looks 'fresh'. The property is well taken care of. In the nicely decorated lobby, you can work a bit. The apartment room is of a bit dark matte interior, but looks chique. Bed comfy with duvets and many pillows. Sufficient power sockets, also USB powered. Kitchen is actually above average equipped for a furnished apartment hotel. Large bathroom with soft towels and everything one expects to be there.
Cons: This place is a bit different than other furnished apartment hotels. No reception at the Acora part. If there are issues, you'll need to call or go to the reception of the Niu Flash next door.
The area itself is not so inspiring. Car dealerships, offices and paint shop next door. About 15 minute walk to S Tiergarten or one can take the bus 245 about 5 minutes away. About 7 minutes away is the Helmholzstr where one can find a number of eateries. A nice bakery is about 3 minutes walk."
