"Pros: Very central to everything - Does sleep 8 adults if you had a group.
Cons: Weren't told until we were standing out front of accommodation that it was on the second floor and the lift was broken. 2 x 66+ ladies had to carry their international luggage (23kg) + carry one, up 4 flights of stairs. Really not acceptable, we would never have booked this if we had of been informed before booking. For 8 people there is 1 toilet in the bathroom only. We also booked because it had a Washing Maching, and we had to contact owner to find it. turns out it is in the basement, so our washing had to be carried up/down 6 flights of stairs because the lift wasn't working. There is heaps on wasted room in the apartment, a huge wall of cupboards that a launderette could be installed in, also a big walk in closet could have been converted to Laundry or second bathroom off main bedroom.
Received an email the day before leaving saying there was a surprise for us would be delivered, still don't have anything, no delivery, no part refund, nothing. And we had told owner on arrival that we would never have booked it it was disclosed up front that the lift was broken."

"Pros: Excellent, super clean apartment with excellent facilities. The apartment is close to the train station and offers excellent access to other areas in Koblenz. The hosts were easy to communicate with and even allowed us to drop our luggage before the check in time. We even had a pool table, which was a fun diversion at the end of the day. All facilities were clean and perfect for our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Koblenz. Thank you."
