"Pros: Property is clean and tidy. It seems it is newly decorated. Car parking available. Accessing to property keys informed earlier and easy. We didn't use public transport. Therefore I don't have any info on that. However location of property is good who travels with a car. It is a quiet location and close to city center.
Cons: There are no shower gel, shampoo at bathroom and almost nothing at kitchen. There are only some tea bags and pepper & salt, nothing else. We used to see some basic supplies at such properties. There should be at least 1-2 bottle of water, some coffee capsules suitable for available machine (for your info - It is using Nespresso capsules). I stayed some places before who filled basic breakfast needs etc. to the fridge. Fridge was completely empty.
Property owner gave a bank account and requested €100 deposit before our arrival. Since I don't have a bank account at Germany I gave cash to the lady at the property we are staying at Bonn before Koblenz and ask her help to send the money for me. She helped me and sent the money to given IBAN. Before leaving the property at Koblenz, I informed the owner we were leaving and requested the return of deposit to my bank account and gave the IBAN. However I didn't receive the deposit after that. I asked the owner to check it and he informed they sent the money to the bank account they received it. I asked them to correct their mistake but they are refusing to do it. Hence my stay costed me €100 more! Be aware of this and make sure you receive your deposit if it is possible.
Overall I don't recommend the property, and definitely will not stay there again."

"Pros: The accomodation was self-catering.
There were comfortable beds and plenty of space. The view of the old fort, straight out all the bedroom and livingroom windows, was spectacular. Host was friendly and helpful. There were several outdoor areas to enjoy our leisure in, and a large roofed sunroom. VERY PLEASANT.
Cons: Access to the accomodation is up a very steep and narrow flight of stairs, with a door at the top. Getting suitcases up and down was difficult."
