"Pros: Pluses were the modern facilities, nice bathroom, Netflix availability, Lidl right across the road so we could get something to eat on arrival, and closeness to eating places and transport.
Negatives were the confusing and somewhat incorrect instructions to get into the building. It seemed like two different sets of instructions that overlapped, making it confusing. At one point it mentions ringing a bell. However, we actually needed to use the key. The other issue was trying to complete the registration document on my phone while travelling and I'm not sure what happened, but it was quite stressful. Maybe sending the document early so I could have accessed it on the computer would have been helpful.
All in all we enjoyed our stay at Klassen."

"Pros: A well-furnished and modern apartment close to Koblenz train station. The location was convenient for us as it was easy to to reach from the station, just a few minutes' walk. The apartment is located in a residential suburban neighbourhood, very close to the railway tracks (which you can see from the living room window). Perhaps some people would find that it's quite far away from the historic and 'prettier' parts of the city centre (20-25 minutes walk), but it was just fine for us. The apartment looks a lot more modern and stylish from the inside than it does from the outside!
A cot was provided free of charge for our young son (3 months old), which was much appreciated. And even though the train tracks were so close by, the apartment was always quiet and peaceful - unless our little one was crying, of course! ;)
Cons: The apartment is on the second floor, up a couple of short flights of stairs in this residential building. As far as we could tell, there is no real space to store a stroller/pram near the entrance to the building, and there are no elevators. This meant that we had to dissassemble and carry our stroller upstairs/downstairs each time we were entering or leaving the building - which was OK for us, but perhaps not ideal for others with young families."
