"Cons: We arrived late at the evening, around 10 PM. The guy at the reception spoke almost no English. At the check-in, he required us to fill some paper forms that were already prefilled with our data. He claimed that we need to provide some missing information, but could not explain what exactly is missing. It came out that nothing is missing. On every question regarding the check-in procedure or even simple things like "when the breakfast begins tomorrow" his answer was "could not say, it is my first night here". Fortunately, in the morning a nice lady was working at the reception and we made everything clear thanks to her. Otherwise, very nice hotel, good breakfast with hot and cold meals." ~Dejan
