"Pros: This place was so nice! I wish we were staying there longer than two nights. It was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were wonderful and I appreciated their kindness and flexibility. Cons: The bed was too hard for me, unfortunately. I have issues with my back, and the hard bed causes pain. The power also went off, and there was no generator." ~Carter

"Pros: The host made an effort to accommodate my early arrival and was kind enough to take me round to get some items that I needed urgently. I appreciated that. I also had the privilege of meeting the owner of the apartment - a very warm, friendly and kind person who truly understands the meaning of "hospitality". I felt at home and very comfortable in the apartment, and the kitchen though quite small, is well equipped and had just about anything you would need in a kitchen away from home. I feel they truly made an effort to provide for guests and their comfort. Would I stay at Cozy Escape again? Absolutely. Would I recommend Cozy Escape to anyone visiting Accra? Most definitely. I typically don't write reviews, but I can honestly say that this is one of the best experiences that I have ever had staying at an Airbnb. The owner of the apartment truly understands the meaning of customer service. Cons: The photos of the apartment are indeed accurate. I just think it might be a good idea to highlight to guests that they will indeed need to go up a few flights of stairs. This might be important for people who don't like to climb stairs, or for those with impaired mobility. I personally don't like to climb too many stairs, especially when carrying things, including five suitcases, and on check-out, I felt somewhat strained having to organize/arrange to carry my things down the flights of stairs. Although in fairness, on check-in, there was a lady available to carry my things upstairs." ~Edith
