"Pros: The apartment itself was very cosy and the host was very quick to reply and fix any issues. The location had great access to transport facilities and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. Cons: The toilet was broken at arrival but quickly fixed after notifying the host. The internet plan was expired and the internet slowed down significantly, but once again quickly resolved once the host was contacted. There was a dirty glass left atop of the fridge which disturbed me for many days and nights to come, it left me waking up in cold sweats even thinking about it, and it still torments me to this day." ~Weronika
