"Pros: The property was exceptional. The outdoor space was beautiful, had a BBQ area, a pool and a balcony with stunning views. It had a spa and a sauna, with fabulous amount of space inside (we had the villa booked for 10 people). The hosts were incredibly helpful, giving information and advice, and unbelievably kind and welcoming. I would recommend this property to everyone, and I hope to be back! Location was great, with a short walk to easy accessible bus routes to beach clubs and the main town. And to top it off when leaving we were even given a little gift to remember Crete! Hosts were helpful as our flight wasn’t till late and let us keep our bags there and even tried to change the cleaning time so we could have a late check out. They went above and beyond! "Pros: Beautiful clean villa. Outside area and pool was lovely, with ample comfy seating. Each room had bathroom and own balcony with sea and mountain views. Welcome pack with pastries, breakfast items, water bottles and fruit was a nice touch. Beds were very comfy. Nice quiet location, 10 min drive from Chania centre. Would highly recommend. Very helpful service, if any questions on local area and activities. Cons: Nothing major. Flashing lights from alarm/sensor in corner of bedroom was a little annoying when sleeping but covered up with t-shirts was fine." ~Ben

"Pros: The house and the apartment was very clean and tidy, fit with everything we needed. The balcony had an amazing view of the whole coast. Cons: It would be better to have a car when staying there, the apartment is situated on a high hill with 10-minute walk down to the bus. It was not that bad though and we enjoyed our stay very much." ~Vaka
