"Pros: Most cost effective place I have stayed at in Athens and definitely comfortable enough to enjoy. And there is a nice private outdoor space. The host is an artist and some of her works adorn the walls which is unique and interesting. Cons: While there is very good privacy and the hosts are lovely when we did see them, the accommodation is divided out of a larger unit and the result is two large bedrooms, a large bathroom and a small combined lounge room and kitchen. The lounge room and kitchen while comfortable are a compromise with furniture that does not quite fit and a kitchen lacking bench space that can only accommodate the most basic of food preparation. This description is to prepare you for what is a comfortable and cost effective place to stay with lovely and interesting hosts, close to many parts of town that you can enjoy, including the local soccer field a short walk away where some very high standard competitive games are played quite often and worth a visit just to see these great games and join the crowd of spectators cheering on their teams." ~Robert
