"Pros: Staff were great Restaurants were lovely - we weren’t at peak time and had no real difficulty getting booked in. All the facilities were great. Access to water park amazing. Watched so many beautiful sunsets at the beach bar. Cons: Stairs made it difficult to navigate with a toddler. If you are travelling with a child or someone with a disability - I would request a room on the floor of reception. There is wheelchair access around the hotel but not to the hotel rooms." ~Lucia

"Pros: We loved the resort and the grounds which are steps away from the spectacular warm ocean. The food was exceptional, the breakfast plentiful, varied and truly something for everybody’s needs. I can’t say enough to describe adequately the service which was amazing. The hosts and hostesses were outstanding and so very friendly. The grounds, ocean and and variety of services was superb!
