"Pros: The communication with Stella was just perfect; She is a great host and we are very grateful that she hosted us in her amazing villa! She also provides a lot of information about excellent restaurants in the region! The villa is just a dream with an excellent location to discover the island, but also to just relax next to the pool in a very quiet and private space. The pictures shown of the villa and its surroundings are 100 % true to reality. "Pros: The villa is in a quiet, peaceful and authentic village, with lovely mountain views, yet only around 25-30 minutes to a large number of excellent beaches (such as Kalyves, Georgioupoli, Episkopi and others). It is within 40 minutes drive to both Chania and Rethymno old towns. It is also fairly close to Lake Kournas. There are two local grocery stores and taverns within a very short walking distance. The property has good sized rooms and facilities and a nice pool. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Cons: The bathroom was a bit dated, but all worked fine and was in keeping with the style of the property." ~Vijay
