"Pros: The apartment is almost brand new, very beautiful, and clean, exactly as it appeared in the photos. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Nikos, who was very kind and friendly. He showed us the room, provided all the important information, and even gave us tips on local attractions. In the fridge, we found fresh fruits and bottled water waiting for us. About 20 minutes later, we were served a generous portion of hot moussaka, which was absolutely delicious and filling. We also received coffee capsules for the capsule coffee machine in the apartment. In addition to the usual towels, we were provided with beach towels as well. The well-equipped apartment includes an oven, washing machine, and even a first aid kit. Nikos, our host, also owns the bar located underneath the apartment, where he makes incredibly tasty and beautifully presented cocktails, always served with some snacks. If you can't decide what to drink, he'll happily recommend something for you. The sound from the bar is not disturbing at all inside the apartment, it's barely noticeable. Within a 100-meter radius, you'll find several excellent restaurants, snack bars, and a supermarket is also very close. There are also beautiful beaches nearby, which are easy to reach. We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone, you won’t be disappointed. Nikos' hospitality is outstanding. "Pros: We had the loveliest time in Greece. We booked this booking when it had 0 reviews en we were a little skeptic at first because it looked to good to be true. When we arrived Nikos maked sure we had a warm welcome. We got alot of explanation to explore around the island. We arrived and there was fresh fruit and ice cold water -> really nice when you just traveled. The apartment was beautiful and you feel at home the second you walk in. The rooftop is amazing with the most stunning sunsets. Nikos tells you about Panieotes and how hard he works to make this all work & indeed everyday he was on the rooftop to make sure everything was clean and the plants are taking care of. Little details like towels that smell amazing, a Washing machine, a umbrella to go lay on the beach so you dont have to pay for the beds. Panieotes his mom Made us delicious moussaka , its the small things that make you feel so welcome. Then the bar itself underneath the apartment had the most delicious cocktails and nikos makes them with so much passion and love. We went there every night to end the day so relaxed. You would think a bar under an apartment would have alot of noise, but not even 1 night we noticed anything, we slept like roses in a quit lovely apartment. "Pros: The room sizes were fantastic, it was very clean. Excellent value, probably should charge more for what we got. We were provided with water, butter, bread, ham, cheese, wine, washing powder, toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner. Providing the items helped us out a lot.
