"Pros: Great spot by the water, a brand new villa with 4 bedrooms with each bedroom having a bathroom. Lovely lights in the night in the garden. The style of the villa is gorgeous Cons: While the place is well built, good to know that it is in a remote area, with no many beaches or villages around. The access to the villa is also difficult, with a very rough road, hard if your car is not a 4WD. The beach in front of the villa is with stones and not good for a swim. While the villa is very well built, for the amount of money, it is not good value, as the service is very basic, lacking what other villas are offering in this price range in Crete." ~Panos
